1. Penalty-free cancellation
Cancel up to 12 hours before the session starts and its price returns to your wallet.
2. Late cancellation
With less than 12 hours left, 50% of the session's price is kept and the rest returns to your wallet.
3. Times and booking
Booking and rescheduling sessions is possible at least 12 hours before they start. All times are in Tehran time.

Pick the day from the calendar and a time from that day's available times. A time someone else has just booked is disabled right away.

Your email and a short note (a question or a topic you'd like us to cover) are optional, but they help me prepare the session properly.

Payment details
Transfer the amount to the card shown, then enter the tracking code and the time of the transfer and accept the booking and cancellation rules.

Submit and confirmation
I check the tracking code myself and usually tell you the result by SMS in under 30 minutes. The online meeting link goes live at the scheduled time, and you can follow the booking from your panel too.
